Enrollment

We are enrolling students who are 2 years old to 4 years old. Enrollment packets can be downloaded HERE.

If you are unable to download an enrollment packet, you may call the school Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. to make an appointment to come pick up a packet at (323) 231-6921.

Please ensure all enrollment forms are filled out completely and required documents are included when turning in enrollment packets, to avoid delays in the enrollment process. 

Upon enrollment, parents will be provided instructions for connecting with their student's teacher.

Parents with IEP's should ensure 28th Street EEC is listed on the current IEP as the school where services will be provided.
