At 28th Street Early Education Center, a proud member of the Los Angeles Unified School District, our mission is to provide a high-quality early education experience where every child learns and thrives through play, discovery, and intentional, guided instruction. We believe young children construct knowledge by exploring their environment, engaging in meaningful hands-on experiences, and building strong relationships with caring educators who nurture curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. We are committed to preparing students for lifelong success in school and in life by fostering academic readiness, social-emotional development, and a love of learning. We honor and respect the diverse needs, languages, and cultures of all children and families in our community, creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.At 28th Street EEC we prepare our students for Kindergarten and beyond through a rigorous and developmentally appropriate curriculum that addresses the needs of the whole child and their family.
